International Law Researcher

Lillian De Pena is an international lawyer. Lillian has extensive experience working on investor-state disputes in North America, Latin America, and Europe.

She is a member of the bar of Ontario and the Dominican Republic. Lillian holds an LL.M. from the University of Toronto, a diploma in Chinese Studies from Fu Jen Catholic University, and an LL.B. from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE).
